Allows unlimited use of all ski buses in the Pusteria/Pustertal valley as well as of all means of public transportation (including regional trains) throughout South Tyrol and to Cortina. We will happily provide you with a ticket at your arrival.

Important information

General conditions

Prices shown attract a tourist tax of € 2,50 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day.
Increase on 01/01/2026 to €3.00
Price per apartment per day with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Minimum stay of 3 nights +25%
The indicated prices depend on the number of persons.
The final cleaning is included in the price.
However, if the apartment is left excessively dirty, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the extra effort.
Additional bed: € 17,00 - € 20,00 per day / cot + highchair € 7,00 per day.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM – we place great importance on handing over the accommodation in a clean and welcoming condition.
Check-out: by 9:30 AM at the latest – this time is needed for thorough cleaning and preparation of the apartments.
Crib + high chair available on request
we appreciate your understanding we won't accommodate domestic animals. We would be happy to give you more information about the nearby dog pension.

Payment

Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of 30% (via bank transfer). The remaining amount can be paid on site in cash or via bank transfer before commencement of the holiday.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following cancellation policy: Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
We reserve the right to charge for 100 % of the stay in addition to retaining the deposit in cases of no-show, early departure or late arrival.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance:
We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
